RCA TV has no sound or picture!?

My RCA 52″ can’t show picture or sound. The front bulb (LED?) blinks green 3 times and each blink comes with a “weesh” sound and then it disappears completely. Tv is about 4 years old and never had any previous problems. I have rebooted a few times but can’t seem to get it to work. Any suggestions?
