Season Two
When will season two of Glee begin in Australia?

Season one finished today, and I was wondering if anyone knew when season two would air in Australia. If you don’t know that, do you know when it airs in America, or if it has already?

Also, there has been some confusion of season one and season two. The episode ‘Journey’ was the last episode of season ONE, not season TWO. Just so you know.

So, anyone happen to know the answer?

Yes i watched it yesterday and Absolutely LOVED it!! Especially when Vocal Adrenaline sang ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ whilst Quinn was giving birth x)

Glee season 1 finished in america a couple of weeks ago. And the cast haven’t even started filming season 2 yet. But they said they’re gonna start filming mid July this year. And it will be ready for Americas ‘Fall’ season which i believe is September.

And channel 10 would be dumb not to fast rack it once the season starts in the US. So im guessing a couple of days (or the maximum a week) after the US season 2 of Glee starts. If they don’t well then there will be ALOT of Aussie gleeks unhappy with channel 10
I cant wait!!!

2006 Rose Bowl-Texas vs. Usc

$24.95

The Greatest Championship Game In The History Of College Football January 4, 2006. Before 94,000 fans at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena and half of a nation watching on television, Vince Young carried the Texas Longhorns on his back and broke Southern California s 34-game winning streak en route to claiming their fourth National Championship and first in over 35 years. The hype could not have been bigger surrounding the match up of the top two BCS teams, No. 1 Southern California and No. 2 Texas. On the field would be the last two Heisman Trophy winners and the current Heisman runner-up, Vince Young. With 6:42 left to play in the fourth quarter it looked as if the dream season for Texas may come to a close but Vince Young and the Longhorns would not go away that easily. Young carried the Longhorns down the field and closed the gap to 38-33 with 4:03 remaining, scoring on a 17-yard touchdown run. In an attempt to run out the clock and deny Young another chance, Southern California moved the ball to the Texas 45 and faced fourth-and-two with 2:09 left. Texas Coach Mack Brown was not surprised by Southern California s decision to go for it on fourth down. We told our defense, if we stop this fourth-down play, we re going to win the National Championship. The Longhorns got the ball back and gave Young one last chance. Facing fourth and five with 19-seconds to play, Young sidestepped the USC defenders and glided into the end zone and Texas history, winning 41-38.This DVD contains the complete 2006 Rose Bowl Game, presented by Citi, with coverage from ABC Sports, without commercial interruption, presented in fullscreen (1.33:1) digital video. 2008 Cotton Bowl – Missouri vs. Arkansas DVD

$10.84

Relive every big play and hard hit of the 2008 AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic as the 7th ranked Missouri Tigers crowned their historic season with a 38-7 victory over the 25th ranked Arkansas Razorbacks. In a game that featured two Heisman Trophy finalists, running back DarrenMcFadden of Arkansas and quarterback Chase Daniels of Missouri, it was defense and turnovers that set the tempo for the game. The Tigers’ stingy defense contained McFadden, one of college football’s most explosive players, while forcing 5 turnovers. Arkansas, focusing heavily on the Tigers’ passing attack led by Daniels, opened the door for a breakout game by Missouri running back Tony Temple. Temple rushed for 281 yards and four touchdowns, both Cotton Bowl individual game records on his way to offensive MVP honors. Propelled by Temple’s record-setting performance and strong defensive effort, Missouri captured their 12th victory of the season, the most wins in a season in school history. The official Fox Sports Cotton Bowl DVD includes the commercial-free game as well as special bonus features and is a great addition to any football fan’s collection.

Whether it was players leaving for the NBA, having to overcome key injuries, or play in the country?s toughest conference with a group of freshmen, Huggins found obstacles in year two and still won.? Some would say it was one of his best coaching jobs ever, and others would say it was typical Bob Huggins—find a way to win no matter what names appear on the roster. There were opportunities with more talent, but none with more tenacity to dig deep and find the inner strength to overcome.? The Mountaineers always seemed to find a way, and with if found success.

In her two previous books. A Book for My Sister and A Book for My Daughter Pamela Winterbourne demonstrated a gift for finding the essential goodness of family relationships. She thanks her for the gift of time, the endless caring, the creations of a home, the comfort she offered, the lessons taught, the patience in listening, the stories told, the patience and unswerving love. Welleran Poltarnees has selected the images to buring these thoughts to greater life, as he did with Winterbourne’s previous two books. A Game of Character: A Family Journey from the Southside of Chicago to the Ivy League and Beyond

A Game of Character: A Family Journey from the Southside of Chicago to the Ivy League and Beyond

$4.99

The eagerly anticipated inspirational memoir from Michelle Obama’s brother, celebrating the extraordinary family members and mentors who have shaped his life. When he stepped into history’s spotlight at the National Democratic Convention, Craig Robinson recalls that nothing could have been more gratifying than introducing his sister, Michelle Obama, to millions of Americans. Within minutes, he won the hearts of the nation by sharing highlights of growing up in the modest Robinson household, where the two were raised by devoted parents who taught them the values of education, hard work, and the importance of reaching far beyond what even seemed possible. Those lessons of character were fundamentals in shaping Craig Robinson’s own remarkable journey: from his days playing street basketball on Chicago’s Southside, while excelling academically, to admission at Princeton University, where he was later named Ivy League Player of the Year, twice. After playing professionally in Europe, Robinson made an about-face, entering the competitive field of finance. With his MBA from the University of Chicago, his meteoric rise landed him a partnership in a promising new venture. But another dream beckoned and Craig made the unusual decision to forego the trappings of money and status in the business world in order to become a basketball coach. He soon helped transform three struggling teams – as an assistant coach at Northwestern, then as head coach at Brown and now at Oregon State University. In his first season at OSU, he navigated what was declared to be one of the nation’s best single season turnarounds. In A Game of Character, Robinson takes readers behind the scenes tomeet his most important influences in his understanding of the winning traits that are part of his playbook for success. Central to his story are his parents, Marian and Fraser, two indefatigable individuals who showed their children how to believe in themselves and live their lives with

A Narrative of the Life of David Crockett of the State of Tennessee

A Narrative of the Life of David Crockett of the State of Tennessee

$10.16

Even as a pup, Davy Crockett always delighted to be in the very thickest of danger. In his own inimitable style, he describes his earliest days in Tennessee, his two marriages, his career as an Indian fighter, his bear hunts, and his electioneering. His reputation as a b’ar hunter (he killed 105 in one season) sent him to Congress, and he was voted in and out as the price of cotton (and his relations with the Jacksonians) rose and fell. In 1834, when this autobiography appeared, Davy Crockett was already a folk hero with an eye on the White House. But a year later he would lose his seat in Congress and turn toward Texas and, ultimately, the Alamo.

A Place for Summer: A Narrative History of Tiger Stadium

A Place for Summer: A Narrative History of Tiger Stadium

$32.69

On April 28, 1896, baseball fans traveled in horse-drawn buggies to watch the Detroit Tigers play their first baseball game at the site on the corner of Michigan and Trumbull Avenues. Starting out as Bennett Park, a wooden facility with trees growing in the outfield, Tiger Stadium has played a central role in the lives of millions of Detroiters and their families for more than a century. Bennett Park was torn down and replaced by a concrete and steel structure named Navin Field in 1912, was expanded and renamed Briggs Stadium in 1938, and finally was given the name Tiger Stadium in 1961.Richard Bak traces the importance of the corner of Michigan and Trumbull in the history of Detroit and its people. During the last century, millions of fans have come to Michigan and Trumbull to watch the Tigers’ 7,800 home games, as well as to attend numerous Other sporting, social, and civic events, including high school, collegiate, and professional football games, prep and Negro league baseball contests, political rallies, concerts, and boxing and soccer matches.A Place for Summer covers baseball in Detroit from its beginnings in the 1850s through the Tigers’ 1997 season, and offers a history of Detroit’s playing grounds before Bennett Park, including the Woodward Avenue cricket grounds, the original Detroit Athletic Club, Recreation and Boulevard parks, and the many places where the Tigers played bootleg games on Sundays at the turn of the century. Bak presents attendance records from the Tigers’ Western League days onward and a complete account of every opening day since 1896. A chapter is dedicated to the football Panthers of the 1920s and their more enduring successor, the Lions, who playedat Michigan and Trumbull through 1974.A companion to the narrative history, almost two hundred rare photographs capture the spirit of 140 years of baseball in Detroit, from photographs of Detroit’s nineteenth-century diamond pioneers, to an eighteen-year-old Ty Cobb in his rookie y

 A Place on Water

A Place on Water

In a trio of wonderful, long essays, three quite different writers–one a nature and outdoor writer, another a poet, and the third an essayist and novelist–let us sit in on their friendship and what draws them, inexorably, to the same small pond in Maine. Bob, living in a farmhouse near the pond, buys a dilapidated camp at the water’s edge and finds his way down there almost daily, to swim or ski, depending on the season. His friends discover the allure of the pond, too–summer afternoons of swimming with Bob, his wife Rita, and an assortment of canine dog-paddlers, or companionable conversations over a beer, enjoying the beauty of a quiet pond beyond the porch. Bob tells the McNairs about a neighboring camp up for sale, a perfect little camp, compact as a ship in all its details, and they buy it. Roorbach feels drawn to the pond so strongly that he and his wife sometimes bushwack through underbrush so as not to intrude, but the pond is a place where this trio of friendships flourishes. Told with humor and affection, the stories in this small book will appeal to anyone who feels drawn to spend time near water. As all six of us–four humans, two dogs–swim out from the shade of the bill into the sunlight, we’re like a school of dolphins or a family of otters. We’re nowhere near as skillful swimmers as those aquatic acrobats; but water seems to affect us as it does them, making us more sociable and playful…. We converse silently through the ripples and wakes our fins and flippers and paws trail behind us, and if we do speak, our words sound a bit like the murmuring gabble of a raft of ducks or, if we’re clowning and boisterous, like the hooting of loons. A Season for the Dead

A Season for the Dead

$6.99

In a hushed Vatican reading room, the scene was shocking: a crazed professor shot dead after brandishing evidence of a grisly crime. Moments later, two bodies are found in a nearby church, each with a gruesome calling card from the killer. Thus begins David Hewson’s elegant and electrifying new novel. Set amidst a bizarre killing spree in modern Rome, it is a bewitching blend of history and drama, sensuality and suspense. As the August heat takes Rome in its fiery grip, the news of two brutal murders holds the city in thrall. And as the media gathers and Vatican officials close ranks, a young detective is sent to the forefront of the case. Nic Costa is the son of an infamous Italian Communist, a connoisseur of Caravaggio, and a cop who barely looks his 27 years of age. Thrust into the heart of a killing spree that will rattle his city down to its ancient bones, Nic meets a woman who will soon dominate both his consciousness and his investigation. A cool, beautiful professor of early Christianity, Sara Farnese was in the Vatican library on that fateful day, a witness to her colleague’s strange outburst and death. But her role will become even more puzzling as more bodies are found: Each victim killed in a gory tableau of Christian martyrdom. And each victim had intimately known Sara, whose silence Costa cannot quite crack and whose carnal history becomes more lurid and unfathomable with every revelation. Soon, a nightmarish chase is implicating politicians and priests — while at the heart of the matter remains the woman Costa is both investigating and guarding. Wanting to believe in Sara’s innocence, Nic still cannot turn his eyes from the truths he is uncovering. Even asthe secrets of a woman, a killer and a city begin to unravel…with devastating consequences. A beguiling mystery, a dazzling treat for the senses, and a fascinating tour of the streets and alleyways of Rome, Nic Costa’s relentlessly suspenseful debut is a masterpiece of suspense fic

A Season of Loss, a Lifetime of Forgiveness

A Season of Loss, a Lifetime of Forgiveness

$14.95

Touching on family, forgiveness, sport, and making peace with tragedy, this narrative captures the lives of two unlikely friends from very different backgrounds. Dan Snyder was not a sure thing in professional hockey but defied expectations by playing for both the minor league”s Chicago Wolves and the NHL”s Atlanta Thrashers. Dany Heatley, on the other hand, had been tapped for success from the start as a college star and high draft pick. In September of 2003, however, their lives were tragically altered when the then 22-year-old Heatley lost control of his speeding Ferrari and Snyder, who was thrown from the vehicle, died in a hospital six days later. The loss of their teammate, friend, and son sent those who knew Snyder looking for redemption or, in some cases, revenge. As the legal story unfolds, so too does a story of forgiveness, rooted in the Canadian Mennonite tradition from which Snyder hailed. Updated to include an afterword by the Snyder family, this story shows how the afflicted family, taking an approach to their loss dictated by their faith, chose to make peace with both Heatley and his parents.

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of Light, it was the season of Darkness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair, we had everything before us, we had nothing before us, we were all going direct to Heaven, we were all going direct the other way — in short, the period was so far like the present period, that some of its noisiest authorities insisted on its being received, for good or for evil, in the superlative degree of comparison only. There were a king with a large jaw and a queen with a plain face on the throne of England; there were a king with a large jaw and a queen with a fair face on the throne of France. In both countries it was clearer than crystal to the lords of the State, preserves of loaves and fishes, that things in general were settled forever. . . .
