Any tricks to staying on your backfoot during a baseball swing?

I’ve been having trouble staying on my backfoot during my swing, any drills to help me stay? like that i can do in the batting cage? like for example, people who tilt their heads during a swing, will put a glove on the top of there heads and try to keep it there during a practice swing… i need a drill for staying on my backfoot.

Just take your weight back and squish the bug man, old stuff like that. There’s not really any drill, you just have to do it.
